What services are included?

Prices are per person per night including buffet breakfast at our terrace on the ground floor, parking (based on availability), beach place with a sun chair, a sun bed  and a parasol per room. Also it includes: the connection to the Wi-Fi throughout the hotel with the use of our Internet corner in the lobby and use of bicycles. Only at the request of the full board it is included lunch and dinner, while requiring half board included dinner with the adjoining buffet of vegetables and desserts.

 

Credit cards or debit cards?

Yes, you can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Amex and with the ATM

 

By way of confirmation, ask what kind of down payment?

If the reservation is on-line through our website, you are required, must the number of your credit card and expiration date, just as security. No monies will be taken up until  the time of departure, or in case of no-show or early departure without justification. We reserve the right to check the validity of your credit card. If there were any errors, invalid or missing data the room will not be reserved. All your data is managed by a highly secured server that encrypts digitized paper.

 

DO you send me a confirmation e-mail?

If the booking is done online from our site, soon after, you'll receive an email confirming your booking with a summary of your stay.

If the reservation is confirmed by sending a wire transfer or money order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation only after actual receipt of the deposit.

 

What are your cancellation policies?

The reservation can be cancelled without penalty up to h. 14 of the seventh day before the date of arrival, upon notice by fax or email. After that time the penalty is equal to the cost of living up to a maximum of three nights for just the cost of the room without meals.

Reservations that benefits from special offers and / or promotional fares canceled without any penalty up to 30 days of arrival, upon notice by fax or email, unless otherwise stated in the offer precise.

 

What happens if, early departure, cancellation or changes after the deadline?

In case of no-show, early departure and / or change / cancellation beyond the 14 hours of the seventh day prior to the arrival date will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of living up to a maximum of three nights for just the cost of the room no meals not taken. This amount will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee or retained from the deposit  sent. For special offers, the cancellation / modification are accepted if made at least 30 days prior to arrival.

 

What time will the room be ready ?

The day of arrival your room will be available from 14.00, and parking is available from 12.00. If you arrive early in the morning, we will at the registration of the lodged immediately and deliver our pass for the beach of the Hotel. Better to wait for the delivery of the room comfortable under the umbrella and relax from the stress of travel, rather than waiting hours in the waiting room. So the holiday really begins immediately and in the right way.

 

At what time do I have to free the room  the day of departure?

After  breakfast you can leave the room between 10 am and 11 am. The keys to the room, simultaneously also free the place while the use of our beach is allowed until 13.00. After this time, please make arrangements with the lifeguard to stay a few more hours and use the entire day at the beach. It will give you a new umbrella or leave there on our place if there is enough availability.
